Philip founded VenueBase in 2026 after spending years managing hospitality venues across the UK. Having experienced first-hand the chaos of paper rotas, compliance nightmares, and disconnected teams, he set out to build the platform he always wished existed. Philip works closely with VenueBase's venue partners to ensure the platform continues to solve real problems.
